Black Diamond does not use a warranty that people can’t understand without the advice from their attorney but one that they can understand. Black Diamond offers a LIFETIME warranty on our labor and materials. If a floor fails due to the way to was installed (poor prep, not clean, installed incorrectly, etc.) or products used do not set up the way they should. The floor will be repaired or replaced depending on the issue. If floor failure is due to a cause outside anyone’s control, then the floor is not covered. (Example, cracking concrete, rust spots, accidental damage, moisture, etc.). Exterior concrete or non-concrete coated surfaces are not covered under warranty.
